A migraine diary that lives on your phone — under-a-minute logging, automatic trigger patterns, and a doctor summary that builds itself

Your doctor asked you to keep a migraine diary. This makes it easy to actually do it.

When your doctor asks "How often are they happening? How bad? How long do they last — and what seems to set them off?", most of us are guessing from memory. The Migraine Tracker System replaces the guessing with a simple log you'll actually keep up — because each entry takes under a minute — and summaries that build themselves from what you write down.

It lives right on your phone in the free Google Sheets app (or Excel), so it's with you in the waiting room, at work, and at 2 a.m. when one wakes you up.

What's inside

- Start Here — plain-English setup and logging instructions, step by step

- Migraine Log — one row per episode, made for tired brains: the date, start and end times (duration calculates itself, even past midnight), pain 1–10, where the pain sits, simple Yes/No taps for aura, nausea, light & sound sensitivity, vomiting and dizziness, plus 11 common possible triggers — poor sleep, stress, weather changes, missed meals, dehydration, screen time, hormones, alcohol, caffeine, strong smells, certain foods — and space for your medication, dose, when you took it, and honestly how much it helped

- Doctor Summary — pick any month and year and this tab rebuilds itself: episodes and migraine days that month, average pain, average and longest duration, how often aura shows up, symptom counts, a ranked trigger table, and a medication table showing how many times you took each one and how often it actually gave you good relief — plus all-time totals

- Year at a Glance — episodes, average pain, and total hours for every month of the year, side by side, so patterns over time are easy to see and easy to show

How it works

1. Download the spreadsheet after checkout.

2. Open it in Excel, or upload it to Google Drive and open it in Google Sheets (the free Sheets app on your phone works beautifully).

3. When a migraine starts, log the row — dropdowns do most of the work, no long typing.

4. Before your appointment, open the Doctor Summary tab, choose the month, and show your doctor — or print just that one sheet.

The workbook comes with 8 clearly labeled EXAMPLE rows filled in, so you can see exactly how the summaries work before you start. Delete them and begin your own log whenever you're ready.

Who it's for

- Anyone whose doctor or neurologist asked them to track migraines or headaches

- Anyone trying to spot their own patterns — sleep, stress, weather, food, hormones — instead of guessing

- Anyone who wants to know whether their medication is genuinely helping, with the numbers to prove it

What's NOT included

- This is a digital spreadsheet file — no physical product will be shipped, and no app subscription is included

- It is not medical advice. This is a personal tracking and organization tool only. It does not diagnose, treat, or prevent migraines, and it makes no promise to reduce how often migraines happen or how much they hurt. Always follow your own doctor's guidance — and seek care right away for a sudden, severe, or unusual headache.
