❖ Purchased Only:

━ All avatars and related content must be purchased directly from us. Sharing or redistributing files is strictly forbidden and will result in: Immediate Ban from the server. Permanent Blacklisting from accessing any future content. Reporting to Relevant Platforms (e.g., Payhip, Gumroad, VRChat).

❖ No Unauthorized Sharing:

━ Sharing, trading, or gifting purchased content will result in: Legal Action for copyright infringement. Removal from all affiliated communities.

❖ Watermark Policy:

━ Removing or altering the creator’s watermark is strictly prohibited. Violators will: Be permanently banned and blacklisted. Have their activities reported to avatar creation platforms.

❖ Editing Permission:

━ Any edits to an avatar require explicit approval from the creator. Proof of purchase must be provided beforehand. Unauthorized edits may result in a server ban and blacklisting.

❖ Proof of Ownership:

━ You must provide proof of purchase upon request. Failure to comply will result in: Immediate Removal from the server. Blacklisting across related communities.

❖ Reselling and Redistribution:

━ Selling, redistributing, or claiming ownership of any avatar or part of it will result in: Cease-and-Desist Orders issued against you. Pursuit of Damages through legal channels.

━ Permanent Ban. Blacklisting Across Communities. Potential Legal Consequences. Thank you for respecting our work. We are serious about protecting our creations, and by using our products, you agree to these terms without exception.
