> Edits are always allowed

> Do not redistribute under any circumstances.

> You are allowed to move my watermark to elsewhere on the canvas, just be sure it remains visible!! I do not want you to replace my watermark with text that says my username, please make sure the Wintermews watermark is visible on the piece.

> I do not give refunds! All base sales are final.

> You are purchasing a PSD file, it is procreate/mobile friendly! If your device still can not handle it, please let me know and ill get you a new file. Additionally if you prefer png files, I can provide those.

> You are allowed to use parts of my bases on other bases/your artwork IF you properly credit me.

> You are only allowed to sell yches on my bases if you have won ych rights in a giveaway or bought them! Please do not buy yches on my bases unless there is a screenshot provided of the user winning a giveaway. Please dm or email about purchasing ych rights, it is $20 total(which includes the base.) Pawspresso tier members may sell yches.
