This program is the program that I used to achieve my transformation from skinny fat to built. The program is designed to target all muscle groups twice in a week period with an added rest day. Key factors in this training block is to train with high intesity and push to mechanical failure with every set. Note that this program should be used as a guideline that you can customise and change based on limiting factors like equipment etc. 

A rundown of what this program contains is a detailed explanantion of all exercises, the way to perform them, rep ranges and a post analysis of how the split should be run as well as taking into account slight differences that you might need to make.

I really wanted to go into depth about exercise choice, weight, diet just to overall better your experience in the gym. I explain my exercise choices, how they should be perfomed and the rep range that I like to stick to in order to reach that maximum hypertrophy when training. If you don't want to read too much the training block is on page 7 so you can jump straight into that.
