Situation:

Lucy, a recruiter, had 48 hours to fill a client’s request for 20 warehouse associates for a Saturday 08:00 shift. Recruitment was tight, several new joiners needed onboarding, and reliability risks were high.

Task:

Fill all roles, prevent no-shows, protect client service, and build a process that reduces future staffing gaps.

Step-by-Step Action:

1️⃣ Reviewed the job order and candidate history using the ERP scheduling board + ATS (Bullhorn)

2️⃣ Contacted 10 pre-screened candidates, logging confirmations in real time

3️⃣ Completed PPE & ID checks and updated in ATS/ERP

4️⃣ Sent automated SMS reminders to all workers

5️⃣ Sent the client a confirmed roster the night before
