Mix Breakdown:

- Mixing multiple audio tracks (host, guests, SFX, music)

- EQ: Making voices clearer or more "present"

- Compression: Making the volume smooth

- Balancing music & voice (ducking)

- Panning, stereo width, subtle reverb if needed

Master Breakdown:

- Loudness normalisation (to industry standard)

- Final EQ/compression/tone polish

- Clipping prevention

- Export in proper format (MP3 @ 128kbps mono or 192kbps stereo)

- Adding ID3 metadata tags (title, author, episode info)
