The Midnight Song

By Kimani Upshur, M.Ed.

Chains can't hold a song. This children's retelling of Paul and Silas in Philippi follows a girl set free, a dragged-to-court injustice, the inner prison — and the midnight song that shook the foundations. When the great shake comes, the jailer asks the most important question ever: 'What must I do to be saved?' Each short chapter ends with a simple Do or Pray activity about praise in hard places.
