About Your Trainer
I am a CIMSPA-registered Personal Trainer, and Biomedical Sciences & Ecology undergraduate with almost a decade of training experience.
My approach focuses on evidence-informed, sustainable training that can be adapted to busy lifestyles without unnecessary complexity.

• Level 3 Certificate in Personal Training
• Level 2 Certificate in Gym Instructing
• CIMSPA Registered Practitioner

Payment & Delivery
• Full payment is required at the time of purchase.
• Programmes are delivered digitally via email normally within 7 days of receiving a completed intake form (please note all programmes are written by me from scratch; as such, it may take longer than 7 days during busy periods - thanks for understanding).
• Clients are responsible for providing accurate information regarding their goals, training history, injuries, limitations, equipment, and lifestyle factors.
• Due to the time required to formulate a personalised programme, purchases become non-refundable once intake information has been submitted and work has commenced.
