4 School Bus Name Tags For Student And Pickup Person 4x5" Size Letter Printable

Have peace of mind, when your kids are going to and from school by school bus, by having them wear or carry this wearable school bus name tag, laminated and pinned on or placed inside in a postcard size name tag holder to wear as a lanyard!

I was compelled to finally design this printable from a situation that happened 4 years ago, while helping a friend pick up their child from the bus stop, and the child wasn't on the bus! Long story short, we found the child, after both my friend and I contacting the school, calling different numbers until the child was found. This prompted me to create a series of school bus pass, school bus student name tag, authorized pickup person consent form, after school teacher bus duty / pickup person for students list, and bus driver student passenger roll all lists, with contact info, email and phone for the parents, pickup person, school, teacher, and bus driver, so all parties know where the kids are!

Each name tag is 4x5 inches, 4 per letter sheet printable pdf, made to look like the front of a school bus with lines to write the:

• school bus number
• the student's name
• the parent(s) name
• the pickup person's name
• the school name
• the school contact
• the bus driver's name

Provide a school bus name tag for everyone who will act as a pickup person, whether it be mom, dad, grandmom, babysitter, neighbor, or whoever you trust with your child's well being. Have them sign the pickup person consent form, and give a copy to the teacher, the school secretary / person who handles attendance, the school nurse, anyone who will have contact with your child.
