Replaces Whisperfine Woolen Boots
I was able to fix that texture issue of the black band around the ankle part from the original mod :3
I've also added the strap with the dangly gem decoration now, which I originally left out from the original mod.
Toggles allow the removal of the fuzz, strap, or the gem. Please turn off the strap and the gem if you hide the fuzz!
