Chunky Drømmesweater

Chunky Drømmesweater is incredibly easy and quick to knit, even for beginners. It is knitted from the bottom starting with a rib and up, where the shoulders are knitted or sewn together, depending on what you prefer.

Drømmesweater is the danish word for Dream Sweater and is a roomy oversize sweater with good room in both body and sleeves. Chunky Drømmesweater is perfect with a shirt underneath, or as a cropped and warm element over a dress as well as a perfect light sweater to throw on on a cool summer day.

The yarn consumption corresponds to the stated measurements, but you can easily knit extra length on the body and sleeves if you wish. Just remember to buy extra yarn for the purpose in that case.

Gauge

10 Sts = 10 cm in seed stitch on size 9 with 1 strand Puno

Gauge is measured before rinsing and blocking.
