This course grew out of lived experience—not perfection, not expertise, and not a promise to fix you.
Love in Practice was created for people who are tired of trying harder and are ready to try gentler.
Over the past few years, I’ve learned that love is not a feeling we summon on demand, nor a personality trait we either have or lack. Love is a practice—something we return to in small, imperfect ways. With ourselves. With our children. With the people we care about. And eventually, with the wider world.
This course is intentionally slow and spacious. There is no “right” pace, no performance, and no requirement to finish everything in order. You’re invited to take what helps, leave what doesn’t, and return whenever you need to.
Each module offers simple reflections and practices designed to support self-compassion, emotional regulation, and connection—without pressure, guilt, or shame.
If you’re feeling burned out, tender, overwhelmed, or quietly hopeful, you’re in the right place.
