Organizing Box Insert for The 120 Chen Rui Marker Set

Keep your markers neat, stable, and easy to organize with this custom box insert made for the Chen Rui 120 marker set. It fits perfectly inside the original case and helps you sort your markers by both color and number — so you always know where each one belongs.

How to use it:

1. Download the PDF and print all 9 pages on sturdy cardstock.

2. Color in all the numbers at the top using the matching markers — this gives you a quick visual overview of your collection.

3. (Optional) Laminate the pages for extra durability.

4. Cut out all the sections from the first 8 pages — each rectangle will become part of the insert. The 9th page contains the two end pieces.

5. Follow the printed cut and fold lines on each piece — trim along the bottom to remove the 14 small tabs, and use the fold marks to guide where to bend the flaps.

6. Fold the two long flaps at each end.

7. Repeat for all 8 row dividers. These now fit behind the markers in each row.

8. Insert all pieces into your marker case.

9. Finally, attach the two end pieces to the sides of the box —

• Use double-sided tape if you've laminated the pieces

• Or glue if you're only using cardstock

• A small dot on each end piece marks the top, helping you place it correctly (the piece is taller than it is wide, so this prevents it from being glued the wrong way)

And that’s it — you now have a more stable box and a simple way to keep all your markers in order.
