ReadyMade Multi-Account Publish Check is a reusable, macro-free .xlsx checklist for freelancers, virtual assistants and small teams handling content across multiple accounts. It helps you record manual pre-publish checks and follow up on live posts.

HOW IT WORKS

Save a working copy for each publishing batch. Use one row for each platform, account and content variant. Enter the details and confirm each check only after doing it. The workbook flags missing or invalid entries and shows READY or HOLD based on the information you record. After posting, add the live URL, check result and date.

READY means the required manual checks have been recorded. It does not mean a platform, account, approval or content version has been inspected automatically. When an account, asset, caption, approval or schedule changes, clear the affected confirmations and repeat those checks. Earlier confirmations are not automatically invalidated.

FORMAT & COMPATIBILITY

One ZIP containing two .xlsx workbooks, two PDF desk cards, READ-ME.txt and LICENSE.txt. Use a desktop or laptop spreadsheet app that supports .xlsx formulas and data validation; the workbook uses horizontal scrolling. No macros, add-ins, API, automation subscription or Canva Pro are required.

The workbooks were checked with independent formula-engine tests and recalculated in LibreOfficeDev 26.8 in headless mode. Native Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets and stable desktop LibreOffice have not been tested. Use the Examples file to verify formulas, dropdowns, filters and formatting in your chosen app before relying on it.

This is a manual workflow aid. It does not connect to, inspect, publish to, schedule for or lock any social platform. It cannot verify that your account, approval, destination, time zone or live post is actually correct, prevent mistakes, or certify legal, advertising, accessibility or platform compliance. Formula cells remain editable. Do not enter passwords, tokens or payment information. All bundled examples are fictional.

LICENCE

One purchase covers one purchaser or purchasing business, including its internal team, for its own work and client projects. Make working copies and customize the kit for your internal workflow. You may give clients completed project-specific outputs or reports. Do not resell, sublicense, redistribute or publicly post the blank or reusable kit, including modified template versions. Separate businesses need their own licence for reusable template access.
