- Cancellations made more than 48 hours before your scheduled session are eligible for a full refund or rescheduling, whichever you prefer.
- Cancellations made within 48 hours of your session are non-refundable, but you may reschedule once with notice, subject to availability.
- No-shows or missed appointments without notice will not be refunded or rescheduled.
