This package consists of 86 minutes of guided somatic practice combining breathwork, traditional Chinese medicine acupressure, nervous system regulation techniques, and visualization. Each track is designed to be returned to repeatedly, building body awareness and regulatory capacity over time. At $47 this is less than a third the cost of a one hour session with Elaina.
What is Included:
- 777 Breathwork Track: A three-phase breathing practice using extended exhale, coherence breath, and humming to activate the vagus nerve and guide the nervous system into regulation. Simple, repeatable, and effective on its own or as a foundation for deeper practice.
- Deep Orienting Track: A full sensory grounding practice that uses pressure, sound, and vision to anchor the brain and body in the present moment. By showing the nervous system what is real and safe right now, this practice interrupts the cycle of past and future anxiety at its root.
- Heart Opening Track: A layered practice combining extended exhale breathwork, CV17 acupressure from traditional Chinese medicine, and visualization to soften the protective armor held in the chest and invite the heart space to open. Includes a physical chest opener to close.
- Humming Visualization Track: A vagal toning practice using breath, intentional sound, and visualization to regulate the nervous system through vibration. You will map the resonance of your own hum through the body before arriving at a still pond where each exhale carries tension outward and away.
- Pelvic Floor Release Track: A breath and visualization practice for releasing chronic tension held in the low belly, hips, and pelvic floor. Using belly breath and a guided body awareness sequence, this practice softens areas of the body that often hold stress silently and without our awareness.
