Business Health Scorecard

The Business Health Scorecard is a free self-assessment tool for small business owners. It measures four pillars of business health, cash and financial clarity, operations and process, systems and infrastructure, and decision-making, across 32 scored questions.

Each question is rated on a 0–3 scale, producing a total score out of 96. Results place your business in one of four tiers: Stable, At Risk, Bleeding, or Critical. The scorecard takes approximately five minutes to complete and is available as a fillable PDF download. It is designed to help business owners identify where structural gaps are costing them money before those gaps become crises.
