В книге рассматривается проект построссийской эпохи, которая может начаться в случае поражения России в имперской войне против Украины. С точки зрения автора, постсоветская Россия возродилась как империя, поэтому истоки ее нынешнего кризиса следует искать в отказе от перестроечной модели договорной конфедерации. Автор предлагает свою версию мирной и демократической деимпериализации России.

The book covers the project of a post-Russian era that could begin in the event of Russia's defeat in the imperial war against Ukraine. From the author's point of view, post-Soviet Russia has been reborn as an empire, so the origins of its current crisis should be sought in the rejection of the Perestroika model of a treaty confederation. The author suggests his version of a peaceful and democratic de-imperialization of Russia.
