What happens when you apply: you complete a short qualification form, I read it, and if it is a fit we talk. If it is not a fit I will tell you that plainly and point you at the tier that is. Nobody gets billed for a conversation.

A standard qualified engagement may include:

- English and Spanish customer-branded campaign materials
- 60-minute discovery meeting
- 45-minute campaign-planning session
- 45-minute virtual supervisor orientation
- Two 30-minute progress reviews
- Campaign tracking review and midpoint recommendations
- 45-minute closeout meeting
- Results and follow-up summary using available customer-provided data
- Approximately 30 days of defined campaign coordination
- Up to 45 calendar days of managed support, subject to the written scope
- Up to six scheduled virtual meetings
- Up to three coordinated revision rounds

Additional sites, topics, languages, onsite work, accelerated delivery, technical-procedure development, regulatory audits, policy development, data analysis, expanded licensing, additional revision cycles, or extended management require a written change order or custom proposal. Additional approved consulting is billed at $175 per hour unless otherwise stated in writing.
