Letter of Instruction Template

If you do not have the time or cannot afford to do a full estate plan right now, you can create a Letter of Instruction to help your love ones to know what to do and where to find everything needed to carry out your wishes in case of an emergency or incident that incapacitates you...or worse your death. This is not intended to replace a Last Will and Testament or other estate planning documents, but to enhance or help you think through the important tasks and items. It also directs your loved ones to where your pertinent information and documents can be found.
