A true family project means everyone gets their hands dirty, from the

toddlers to the teenagers. Our young ones learn by touching and observing, while our high schoolers

step up as the lead researchers and cooks. And remember, the learning doesn't stop at the campsite!

Documenting what we did is how we check off our school requirements without ever having to sit at

a desk.
