Faith & Florida: A Christian Homeschool Florida History Unit (Grades 3–5)

Teach Florida history to all your kids at once! Faith & Florida is an 88-page, print-ready Christian unit for homeschool families with children in grades 3–5. Eight lessons trace Florida's story from God's good creation (springs, regions, and the Everglades) through the Timucua, Calusa, and Apalachee, Spanish St. Augustine (1565), the missions and Fort Mose, British rule, statehood and the Seminole Wars, Flagler's railroad and citrus, and Kennedy Space Center.

Every lesson includes a Level 1 and Level 2 reading, vocabulary, an original map or timeline activity, leveled comprehension questions, a KJV Scripture tie-in with family discussion, a notebooking page, and an optional hands-on project. Hard history like slavery and Seminole removal is told honestly and gently.

Also includes a 4-week schedule, parent guide, St. Augustine field-trip checklist, final test, answer key, certificate, and a "Using Step Up PEP Funds" info sheet. Single-family license. Created by Faith & Florida Press.
