Can I cancel or reschedule? Contact violetmatriarchenterprise@gmail.com before your session starts for a full refund or a free reschedule. If you miss your session, request one replacement within 7 days, to take place within 30 days; a missed session does not automatically qualify for a cash refund. If we cannot provide a replacement, we refund the session. Applicable consumer rights remain protected.
