Single Design Commercial License

This license is active for 1 design, either bought alongside the purchase of the art or specified at checkout, which design (and which colour-way if applicable) is being licensed.

1. Permitted Uses

• Small handmade shops producing over 50 end products per design
• Fabric printing and sales.
• Transfer shops (HTV transfers, sublimation transfers, screen print transfers, etc.).
• Decals and sticker sheets (whether cut in-house or outsourced).
• Outsourced small-batch production, provided it does not involve overseas mass manufacturing, and my art must be protected through an NDA.

2. Prohibited Uses

• Reselling, sharing, or redistributing the artwork in its original digital form.
• Print-on-Demand (POD) services (e.g., Redbubble, Society6, Teespring, Zazzle).
• Claiming copyright ownership or registering trademarks with Arty and Awkward designs.

3. Intellectual Property & Copyright

• All copyrights remain with Arty and Awkward.
• This license grants usage rights only; no ownership is transferred.
• Arty and Awkward must be credited as the artist on your listings

4. Membership Requirement

• This license is valid for 1 year from the date of purchase.
• This license is valid for all designs by Arty and Awkward, unless stated as a *small shop only* design
• If you choose not to repurchase at the end of the year, you must cease creating and selling products with my designs.

5. Pricing & License Changes

• Licensing terms may change at any time at the discretion of Arty and Awkward. 
• Updated licenses will be provided by email
• Continued sale of the licensed art constitutes agreement to the updated terms.
• If you do not agree with the updated terms, you must cease the commercial use of the art.

6. Liability & Indemnification

• The artwork is provided as-is with no warranties.
• You agree to indemnify Arty and Awkward against claims arising from misuse or misrepresentation of the artwork.

7. Termination

• The license is revocable if the terms are violated.
• Upon termination, you must stop commercial use of the artwork.
