Claude PR Review Agent - structured code review

A read-only Claude Code agent for consistent first-pass reviews of public GitHub pull requests.

Run: claude-review --pr <public-pull-request-url>

What it delivers:

• 2–3 sentence summary of the actual change

• Concrete risks with file/line locations when visible

• Actionable improvement suggestions

• Confidence score: Low, Medium, or High

Safety-first workflow:

• Fetches the public diff only

• Never checks out, executes, or modifies the reviewed repository

• Validates the required Markdown sections

Included: Python CLI, installation guide, automated tests, and two checked sample reviews based on real public PRs. No third-party Python dependencies.

Requirements: Python 3.9+ and an authenticated Claude Code CLI. GitHub CLI is optional; the tool uses the public diff endpoint and supports GITHUB_TOKEN for rate limits.
