HAPPY MOTHER'S DAY POP UP FLORAL PANEL - SVG DIGITAL CUT FILE

Popped up petals and leaves enhance the greeting on this card front panel.  Can be cut from plain card stock, but try using watercolor paper and watercoloring the flowers prior to adding the sentiment.  The panel measures 4.75" sq. and designed to be mounted to a pre-made 5" sq. note card.
