ALLOWED:

Digital design purchases include a license for personal and limited commercial use. Commercial use is permitted, under the following terms:

• Privately owned small business/maker selling finished end-products. All items must be completely assembled by hand. Pre-cut pieces/kits for assembly by the customer are not allowed.
• Finished end-products may be sold via local vendor booth, craft shows, brick & mortar boutiques or via online handmade marketplaces such as Etsy*.

NOT ALLOWED:

• Reselling, sharing or distribution of files via any means.
• Modification, bundling or other use, whether in part, or whole, to create clip art, logos or other digital products for sale.
• Large-scale, multi-person/assembly line operations.
• Corporate or commercial printing/production of designs, including the manufacture of metal craft dies, stamps, or other similar products.
• Uploading to Print-On-Demand (POD) services (i.e. Printify, Printiful, Zazzle, Spoonflower, Society 6, etc.)
• Claiming designs as your own.
• *Use of my photos for marketing purposes.
