Shadow Dragon

Shadow Dragon, created by John Robert Beck in 2007, transforms the idea of a dragon into an expressive abstract form built from flowing dark contours, luminous color, and intricate layered textures. Fiery oranges, golden yellows, warm reds, and muted purples create an atmosphere of heat and mystery, while the sweeping lines suggest wings, motion, and a creature suspended between shadow and flame. The composition feels dramatic and otherworldly, blending fantasy imagery with abstract energy to create a powerful and imaginative visual experience.
