This 4 day split is absolutely phenomenal. I had been doing PPL for about 3 years before my growth started to even out. As soon as I switched to this split, I somehow gained even more muscle and look even better. In the past I’ve struggled to find a way to train each muscle group twice a week whilst having enough recovery time, however this split takes that and flips it on its head. It is game changing.


4 years ago, I was a 70kg 20 year old, playing college basketball in America, dreaming of making it to the NBA. Once I realised my skinny 5’10 Australian dude frame was not going to play professional basketball, I was completely clueless on how to live and what to do with my life.


I had spent some time lifting weights with the team, but had never stuck to a dedicated strength program, and had NO idea about how much I should be eating and what exercises I should be doing.


Over time, I would try new exercises, new angles, new ‘splits’ and trends (while of course diving down the internet to find out which products and programs would help me GET BIG QUICK). Through this trial and error phase, I put together a list of all the exercises I found gave me the best results, and the frequency at which I should train each muscle group. I stuck to this program through thick and thin for the next two years, not skipping even a single day, and by the end of it I had put on over 20kg of muscle.
