Maybe it’s just me, but the best part of my birthday is enjoying and sharing my cake with friends and loved ones. I love a traditional funfetti cake with vanilla frosting and extra rainbow sprinkles. I don’t typically order Birthday Cake ice cream at ice cream shops because it often has an artificial flavor to it, which I am not a fan of. Here my cream cheese-kissed base is paired with chunks of frosted funfetti cake and rainbow sprinkles. It is everything I always want for my birthday. May this flavor give you the opportunity and permission to celebrate yourself as often as can, solo or with friends. You totally deserve it!

AMAZING!!!!!

I finally got around to making this. It is AMAZING and I have been thinking about eating it all day. Perfect amount of birthday flavor without being overwhelmingly sweet or artificial like the store bought. The ice cream base itself is super creamy and delicious!!

I made this for my Birthday

And it did not disappoint. Somehow the cake pieces stay soft in the ice cream. The frosting isn't too sweet and the sprinkles add the flair. I can't wait to make it for my friend's birthday coming up. Thanks Lo!
