Mai, a confident and attention-seeking woman, embarks on a solo trip to a remote temple in another town. Dressed provocatively, she revels in the admiring glances she receives, fully aware of her allure. While exploring the temple, she stumbles into a forbidden room where she discovers an ancient statue depicting two women locked in a fierce catfight. Intrigued by the artifact, Mai examines it closely, unaware of the room’s mystical significance.

Shortly after, Lin, another traveler, accidentally enters the same forbidden room. The two women exchange uneasy glances, sensing an inexplicable tension in the air. Suddenly, the statue begins to glow, and an ancient tradition of the village is revealed: the room is a sacred arena where women are compelled to engage in ritualistic catfights, a long-standing custom meant to honor the temple’s deities.
