Level Up Your Lifestyle is a 12-week course that dives deep into lifestyle habits that impact your health.
- Weeks 1 - 7 are focused on nutrition
- Week 8 is on sleep and mediation
- Week 9 is exercise
- Weeks 10 - 12 are on community & connections
Each week there are video and/or audio lessons. Your homework is to put each week's topic into practice in your life. This looks different for everyone, because we are all unique individuals.
So over the 12 weeks, you will be creating healthy lifestyle habits that work for you.
