The Millipede Effect

Government, civic, and religious organizations all play a major part in helping the homeless. This is displayed on a daily basis by many who do their part through service, financial donations, and voluntary work. However, the challenge still remains. It is like a millipede whose body has many segments (government, civic, church, volunteer organizations) and many legs (the people driving the groups). There is much misinformation about what is going on and even a greater fear about the problems dealing with the homeless.
