You're ready to spend properly on this room. You just don't want to get it wrong. Refined Design gives you a complete plan for one room: the direction, the layout, every finish and piece, and a 3D visual so you see the room before you buy anything for it.

What you get

• A discovery call to settle the direction and how the room needs to function
• One space plan solving layout, flow and function, with indicative lighting and electrical positions marked
• One mood board carrying the colour palette, materials, furniture and lighting
• A written design directive telling you what goes where and why
• One 3D visual, one view, included
• One consolidated round of minor refinements

This is for you if

• You're ready to spend on one room and do it properly, once
• You want it designed for how you actually live and work, not for a showroom
• You're happy to handle the buying and the install yourself, you just want the plan to be right
• You'd rather make the decisions once, with a professional, than keep second-guessing

What it doesn't include

Multiple layout options, sourcing schedules, technical or electrical drawings, procurement, contractor management or additional 3D views. The lighting and electrical positions are indicative, for a qualified electrician to work from.

Your plan arrives within 10 working days. The fee includes one consolidated round of refinements.

Any new work or redos are quoted separately.
