Refined Design

Refined Design. One room, fully decided. $405

You're ready to spend properly on this room. You just don't want to get it wrong.

Refined Design gives you a complete plan for one room: the direction, the layout, every finish and piece, and a rendered view so you see how it works together before you buy anything for it.

What you get

• A 60 minute consultation to settle the direction and how the room needs to function
• One space plan solving layout, flow and how the key pieces relate
• One mood board carrying the colour palette, materials, furniture, decorative lighting and accessories
• A specification and shopping schedule, with purchase links where suitable products are available
• One rendered colour 2D room view
• A 45 minute design presentation
• One consolidated round of minor refinements, sent as a single list within 7 days
• Email support during the design, and for two weeks after presentation

Optional 3D visual, $125

One photorealistic view, based on the approved design direction.

Additional views quoted separately.

Illustrative rather than technical, and not intended for construction or installation.

This is for you if

• You're ready to spend on one room and do it properly, once
• You want it designed for how you live and work, not for a showroom
• You're happy to handle the buying and the install yourself, you just want the plan to be right
• You'd rather make the decisions once, with a professional, than keep second-guessing

What it doesn't include

Technical construction drawings, electrical or plumbing design and specification, structural advice, joinery or shop drawings, procurement, contractor coordination, project management, site supervision, multiple design concepts or unlimited revisions.

For all projects, product dimensions, electrical compatibility, installation requirements and compliance with local regulations must be confirmed with the relevant supplier, contractor or qualified professional before purchase or installation.

Your design arrives within 10 working days.

Any new work or redos beyond the included refinement are quoted separately.
