CYPHER is not a synthesizer that processes waveforms; rather, it is a spectral additive synthesizer that decomposes sound into harmonics, phase, and instantaneous frequency, then edits, modulates, and resynthesizes them as a map.

(It is built using Vibe Coding, so there may be some bugs or issues.)
