JaySmitt Labs Subdivision ToolKit
Turn a bare parcel boundary into a complete, labeled subdivision plat — all inside AutoCAD.
The JaySmitt Labs Subdivision ToolKit is a suite of AutoLISP commands built by people who actually lay out subdivisions. Draw roads, cul-de-sacs, knuckles, elbows, roundabouts, 3-way and 4-way intersections, then divide blocks into lots, number them, and label every bearing, distance, and curve — all driven by one set of design standards you configure once.
WHAT'S INCLUDED
