Lady’s 8ply/DK jacket with ¾ sleeves, curved fronts and lace trim knitted on larger needles.
Pattern sizes: S (M-L-XL).
To fit bust: 80 (90-100-110) cm [31½ (35½-39½-43¼) ins].
Garment measures: 87 (97-107-117) cm [34¼ (38¼-42¼-46) ins].
Yarn required: 7 (7-8-9) balls Panda Cotton’s Cousin 8ply, 50g balls@158m.
Needles required: A pair of 5.50mm [UK 5, US 9] knitting needles.
A pair of 7.00mm [UK 2, US 10½] knitting needles.
A 7.00mm [UK 2, US 10½] circular knitting needle.
Wool needle for sewing up.
Tension: 17 sts and 23 rows to 10cm [4 ins] over stocking st, using 5.50mm needles.
To achieve the desired effect this garment has been designed to be worked on bigger needles at a looser tension than usually recommended.
