The Mindful Garden - September Newsletter
Bulbs, containers, and what a drought summer taught me about both.
Description
After a summer that felt like one long battle with the watering can, September always arrives like a small exhale. This month I'm sharing why I've stopped planting bulbs in the ground altogether, the handful of daffodil varieties I'm actually excited about this year, and why tulips are the one bulb worth making yourself wait for.
I'm also rethinking what goes in my containers going forward — this year made that decision for me more than I'd have liked — plus a few gentle jobs for the month, and news on one-to-one garden consultations if you're starting to think about next year's garden already.
