Invoice and Quote Maker App with Saved Clients and PDF

This invoice maker and quote maker app saves your business details, clients and price list, so quotes, estimates and invoices start filled in instead of blank. It works out line totals, discount and tax, numbers each document for you, and turns an accepted quote into an invoice with one tap. Works in the browser on any device. It works offline after it opens, and your data is saved only on your device. You get a hosted app link, a How to Open PDF and an unlock code.

WHY THIS ONE

Blank invoice templates don't remember your clients or prices and leave the math to you. This app does both, and it flags quotes that are close to their "good until" date so you can make the invoice.

WHO IT'S FOR

Small business owners, freelancers and contractors who want an invoice generator that remembers their clients and prices.

WHAT IT DOES

• Quoted this month and Invoiced this month at the top of the home screen

• Cards for Open quotes, Invoiced this month, Clients and Price list

• Needs a look list: quotes close to their "good until" date, with a Make the invoice button

• Quotes and invoices with how many, price each, line total, discount and tax rate

• Make an invoice from a quote in one tap; numbers are filled in for you

• "Good until" date on quotes and "Due by" date on invoices, plus a note on the page and a line printed at the bottom

• Saved clients with contact person, phone, email and billing address

• Price list of saved items and services

• Print (your browser can save the printout as a PDF), Export to CSV, Back up to a file and Restore

• 4 color themes, and Load example data to see it filled in first

LIMITS

• It doesn't email invoices or take card payments. You print or save them and send them yourself.

• It doesn't connect to any bank or accounting software.

• Data lives in one browser. Use Back up to a file to keep a copy.
