Each edition contains twelve six-page passport chapters (72 pages), plus eight shared pages for getting started, tracking discoveries, comparing plant parts, designing an exhibition and keeping new questions. These are two print editions of the same 80-page collection.

EXPLORE TOGETHER

This is an adult-guided collection for shared reading, drawing and discussion. Bring a pencil, optional colors and an adult reading partner. Read aloud, point, write, draw or dictate. Choose one passport at a time and work at your own pace. No cooking, tasting or food handling is required.

PRINTING

Print single-sided on US Letter at actual size, or choose Fit for A4. The contents and start guide give the six-page print range for every passport. Choose either edition; you do not need to print both. Keep each chapter's adult guide aside if useful. Drawing prompts on Plant Detective pages point to the larger drawing box on that passport's discovery page.

The low-ink edition replaces the large story pictures with spaces for your own sketches. The illustrated edition reuses clearly labeled, existing AI-assisted character scenes from the Peppercorn episode. These are scenes of your guides, not botanical diagrams of each spice or records of historical journeys. QuackPot and Spatch stories are fiction; fact cards and source notes distinguish checked information from invented learning models.

DIGITAL DOWNLOAD

Download and unzip the file, then open the PDFs in a PDF reader. A printer and paper are needed if you choose to print. No physical book or other item is shipped. No videos or episode production files are included; the activities work without videos.
