The True Riches: Burden Bearers and Builders of the City

The True Riches

Burden Bearers and Builders of the City

By Terry Kashian

God has enriched His people with Christ Himself. His grace, wisdom, love, and strength become a living supply through which we receive help, carry one another’s burdens, and build together as His dwelling.

In The True Riches, Terry Kashian follows the biblical pictures of the land, the temple, the bride, the gold, and the city into their spiritual substance in Christ. Rebekah’s journey and the camels carrying provision offer a vivid illustration of riches entrusted to us for a purpose: bringing life and blessing to others.

Across thirteen chapters, this booklet explores how we receive Christ’s riches through faith, Scripture, prayer, and our relationships with one another. It considers how faith is refined through testing, how believers become burden bearers, and what it means to build wisely upon Christ.

Written for personal reading and shared discussion, The True Riches invites you to recognize what the Father has given you in His Son and make that supply available in love.

The gates are still open. The camels are still traveling. Come with what you have received, and take your place in this living city—a dwelling of God among His people, a joy to all generations.
