Every child deserves to learn how to read. Every child deserves high quality evidence based reading instruction, but did you know that there are things you can do at home beginning at birth to build your child's reading brain? This free handbook is designed to support parents/families and caregivers with tools, tips and suggested activites that can be done at home to help children from birth through age five to develop essential pre-reading skills such as oral language, phonological and phonemic awareness, concepts about print, alphabetic knowledge, and fine motor skills.
