What Is this Video about?
In the video, we demonstrate a quick Thai Massage Full Body Warming-up sequence. The session takes about five minutes and aims at preparing i.e. warming-up the body of the receiver for a more targeted treatment.
The sequence is an ultra-short full body Thai Massage with the receiver lying on the belly (prone position), and later on lying on the back (supine position).
Apart from stimulating the blood circulation and warming-up the muscles and tendons (the goal is to prevent injuries), it also lets the receiver relax and become acquainted with (the touch of) the practitioner.
In the accompanying book, we take a look at common Thai Massage precautions and contraindications, session etiquettes and preparations, and some of the general concepts with regard to Traditional Thai Massage.
