The Fire Nation’s fire benders can control fire at will, and this shawl evokes that power and the dramatic potential of flames and lava through a stockinette body broken by contrasting eyelets, and a striking fiery lace edge with a picot bind off.
This shawl is suitable for adventurous beginner knitters seeking to master fire bending using stockinette, increases and decreases and try their hand at twisted stitches and lace.
