Super helpful!

I really enjoyed Maru's course - she made the topic really accessible and easy to understand and there are lot's of great suggestions for games sprinkled throughout. She also covers a wide array of recognisable situations where play might be useful. She talks really passionately about attachment play and aware parenting and makes it really clear why this is a great tool to have in your parenting toolbox.

Frequently Asked Questions

What is the format?

The course is available as an audio/podcast version, so you can listen on the go—while cooking, driving, or even during those early mornings.

How do I listen?

You’ll get access to MP3 files you can stream or download and import into your podcast app (Spotify, Apple Podcasts, etc) as well as a Dropbox link.

Can I share this with my co-parent?

Absolutely. However, I request that you don’t share it beyond your household.

Is this play therapy?

No. Attachment Play can help address the same issues that are addressed through therapy, but at home, with caregivers who already have a secure attachment with the child. However, there are cases where external professional support is recommended. In these cases, Attachment Play can still be supportive of the therapeutic process.
