Product Catalogue: Add up to 160+ products. Enter the product name, category, supplier, cost price, VAT rate, and selling price. The system calculates your gross margin automatically. This is your single source of truth.

Inventory Sheet :Enter your opening stock and your reorder point for each product. As sales happen, current stock updates. When stock falls below your reorder point, the status turns yellow, Low Stock. When it hits zero, it turns red Out of Stock.

Sales Log: Enter the sale date, product ID, and quantity sold. The product name, selling price, cost, VAT, total revenue, and profit fill in automatically. You never have to calculate anything manually.

Monthly Revenue Report: Fully automatic. Shows total revenue (with and without VAT), units sold, and gross profit by month. No input needed it reads your Sales Log.

Dashboard: Live KPI cards: total revenue, VAT collected, total stock value, units sold, low stock count, and out-of-stock count. Also shows your top-performing products and monthly revenue chart.

Supports up to 160 products. VAT-aware. Colour-coded status system, green means you are fine, yellow means order soon, red means order now.
