“I recently finished reading all the chapters of Path to Purpose, and it was very well done. It’s concise, straightforward, and easy to read. At the same time, it’s insightful and genuinely makes you think.

No matter where someone is on their journey, we all have struggles. They may look different for each person, but the struggle is still there. One of the biggest themes—relinquishing control—is something everyone deals with. No matter how much progress we make, we tend to fall back at times, simply because we’re human.

This is a very well-written book. It’s simple without being shallow and meaningful without being overly complex. It’s clearly God-centered and Jesus-driven, but it isn’t heavy-handed or overwhelming with Scripture. The verses are referenced thoughtfully in a way that encourages curiosity and makes readers want to explore the Bible on their own, rather than feeling pressured.

That balance is important, especially for people who may have grown up around faith without fully understanding it. This book feels non-pressuring and non-conforming. It’s a personal journey shared in a way that’s approachable, honest, and easy to connect with.

I truly believe both believers and non-believers can read this book comfortably. Those who aren’t strong in their faith—or aren’t sure where they stand—won’t feel judged, forced, or talked down to.

From a gender perspective, it’s very neutral. Even though it’s written from a man’s point of view, it doesn’t feel exclusive. Both men and women can read it without feeling like it wasn’t written for them. That said, I think it will especially resonate with men. Many men aren’t natural readers, and this book is an easy, engaging read that actually holds your attention and makes you reflect.

Overall, it’s thoughtful, relatable, and encouraging. It’s the kind of book that meets people where they are and helps them move forward without pressure.”
