How It Works
The content is organized into a four week jumpstart with 12 weekly mojo morsels and resources to support your journey, which you may explore in order or in any sequence that feels supportive to you.
Weeks 1–4: Jumpstart
- Daily inspiration and education with practical tips and motivational guidance
- Follow your workbook for reflection, goal-setting, and action
- Begin walking and simple resistance movements
- Learn how to track your personal health numbers (BMI, waist-to-height ratio, etc.)
Weeks 5–12: Wellness Journey Continues
- Build sustainable habits for long-term wellness
- Progress into resistance training to support strength, bone density, and metabolism
- Deepen understanding of nourishment and mindful eating
- Track progress with easy-to-use tools and optional printed journal
Each week builds on the last, to support your wellness, and even your weight loss, journey. My hope is that you see this as a journey to creating a lifestyle that works for YOU.
How the Journey Is Structured
Some people choose to engage with one section per week, while others move more slowly or revisit sections over time.
You are welcome to:
