REST Support Group

The Girl Rest! Support Group is a Christian community for women who are tired of burnout, overwhelm, and constantly pouring out. This space was created to help women slow down, breathe again, and learn how to truly rest in Jesus through encouragement, prayer, biblical teaching, and authentic connection. Inside, women are refreshed, supported, and reminded that they do not have to carry life alone.
