Slow Pleasure

A 4-week guided journey of short, embodied practices designed to help you shift from chasing superficial dopamine highs to feeling deeply satisfied, regulated and alive through the slow pleasure of your own body and presence.

Slow Pleasure is designed as a practical response to the overstimulation and constant seeking that shape modern life. Many of us have become conditioned to rely on quick bursts of dopamine through scrolling, consumption or intense sexual connection to feel good, often leaving us depleted and disconnected.

This course offers no quick fix, instead I see it as providing a structured container for the foundation of my work.

Across four weeks, you’ll engage in short, repeatable practices that support nervous system regulation, increase sensitivity to subtle sensations and rebuild the capacity to feel satisfied with less intensity.

Each session includes a brief introduction followed by a 25 minute guided practice, making it accessible to integrate into daily life. There are also two 10 minute practices for when you notice you have been escaping yourself and want to come home.

The focus is on consistency and rebuilding a sense of wellbeing and relationship to pleasure.
